🛒 Orders & Payments

Q1: Do you offer Cash On Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash On Delivery across India. You can pay the full amount in cash when your order is delivered. A nominal COD fee may apply on select orders.

Q2: What is Semi-COD? How does it work?

Semi-COD requires a 10% advance payment online. You pay 10% of the order value at checkout using cards, UPI, or net banking. The remaining 90% is paid in cash when your watch is delivered. This helps us reduce fake orders and ensures faster processing.

Q3: How do I pay the 10% advance for Semi-COD?

At checkout, select "Semi-COD (Pay 10% Now, 90% at Delivery)" . You will be redirected to our secure payment gateway (Razorpay) to pay 10% online. The balance is paid in cash to our delivery partner.

Q4: Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order may have entered processing and cannot be cancelled. To cancel, email us immediately with your order number.

Q5: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Prepaid: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking

  • COD: Cash on Delivery (full payment at doorstep)

  • Semi-COD: 10% advance online + 90% cash at delivery

Q6: Is it safe to pay online?

Yes, 100% secure. All online payments are processed through Razorpay with SSL encryption. We never store your card details.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q7: How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 3-7 business days across India after your order is processed. Orders placed before 2 PM IST ship the same day.

Q8: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free nationwide delivery on all orders. No minimum purchase required. No hidden fees.

Q9: Do you deliver all over India?

Yes, we deliver to all 28 states and 8 union territories across India. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Q10: How will I know my order status?

You will receive:

  • Order confirmation via email immediately after purchase

  • Shipping confirmation with tracking link via email and SMS

  • Delivery updates via SMS on the day of delivery

Q11: What happens if I'm not home when delivery arrives?

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your order. If delivery fails (wrong address, recipient unavailable, refusal to accept), the package will be returned to us. A 15% restocking fee will apply, and you will need to pay re-shipping charges.


🔁 Returns & Exchange

Q12: Do you offer returns or refunds?

No, we do not offer cash refunds or returns for change of mind. We only offer exchange in the following cases:

  • Defective watch (manufacturing defect)

  • Wrong product received

Personal preference, size issues, or "change of mind" are not eligible for exchange.

Q13: How can I request an exchange?

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video (clear, continuous, showing the seal and product)

  • Clear product images showing the defect or wrong item

  • Your order number

Email everything to support@auraofluxury.co.in with subject line: "EXCHANGE REQUEST – [Order Number]"

Q14: What happens if I receive a defective watch?

If verified, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the same model (if in stock), OR

  • Store credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping)

We do not offer cash refunds for defective products.

Q15: Can I exchange a watch if I don't like it?

No. We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Didn't like the color or design

  • Found a better price elsewhere

  • Size preference (please check product dimensions before ordering)

Inspect your watch carefully upon delivery. All sales are final unless defective.

Q16: What if I refuse to accept my COD order?

If you refuse delivery or repeatedly cancel orders, we may:

  • Block future orders from your address/phone number

  • Deduct delivery costs from any future store credit

We take RTO (Return to Origin) seriously as it costs us time and money.

Q17: Are your products original luxury watches?

No. Our watches are premium homage pieces inspired by iconic designs. They do not carry original brand logos and are not affiliated with any luxury brand. We are transparent about this – you get high-quality craftsmanship at a fraction of the price.

Q18: What materials do you use?

We use:

  • Case: 316L Stainless Steel (corrosion-resistant, premium weight)

  • Glass: Scratch-resistant Mineral Crystal or Sapphire Crystal

  • Movement: Precision Quartz or Automatic (depending on model)

  • Strap: Stainless Steel Bracelet, Genuine Leather, or Silicone

Q19: Will the product look exactly like the images?

We try to show products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to:

  • Lighting during photography

  • Your monitor or phone screen settings

  • Minor variations in manufacturing

Q20: Are your watches water-resistant?

Yes, most models are water-resistant to 3ATM or 5ATM. This means they can withstand splashes and rain, but not swimming or showering. Please check individual product pages for exact specifications.

Q21: Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear)

  • Battery replacement

  • Water damage (if used beyond rating)

  • Damage from accidents or misuse

Yes, absolutely. Our website is secured with SSL encryption. We offer secure payment gateways and COD for your convenience. We never share your personal information with third parties.

Q25: Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we operate online only. However, we offer fast shipping and easy exchange support for defective products.

Q26: Is "Up to 90% OFF" real?

Yes! We offer massive discounts on select products. The discount percentage varies by product. Check each product page for the actual discounted price. We believe in honest pricing – no fake markups.

Q27: Do you offer discounts on prepaid orders?

Yes. Prepaid orders (full payment online) get an automatic 5% discount on select products. Semi-COD and COD orders do not qualify for this discount.
