📦 1. Order Processing Time
We know you're excited to receive your watch. Here's how we process your order:

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (1-2 business days) after order confirmation.

Order Verification: For COD & Semi-COD orders, we may verify your address and phone number before processing.

Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

High Volume Periods: During sales (like our Up to 90% OFF events) or festive seasons, processing may take 3-4 business days. We appreciate your patience.
🚚 2. Delivery Time (Free Nationwide Delivery)
We offer Free Nationwide Delivery across India. No hidden fees. No minimum order value.

💳 3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Semi-COD (10% Advance)
We offer flexible payment options to suit your needs:
Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay the full order amount in cash when your watch arrives at your doorstep.

Available on orders up to ₹5,000.

A nominal COD fee (₹[X]) may apply.
Semi-COD (10% Advance)

Pay 10% of the order value upfront online (via UPI, card, or net banking).

Pay the remaining 90% in cash at the time of delivery.
-
This option secures your order and reduces fake deliveries.
Important for COD & Semi-COD Orders:

Please keep the exact cash amount ready for the delivery partner (change may not be available).

If you refuse delivery, the advance amount (10%) is non-refundable for Semi-COD orders.

For COD orders, a restocking fee of 15% may apply if you refuse delivery.
📍 4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India – to all 28 states and 8 union territories.
We do NOT ship internationally at this time.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you within 24 hours of placing the order and issue a full refund (including any advance paid for Semi-COD).
⏳ 5. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to deliver your watch as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to:

High demand or festive seasons (Diwali, New Year, etc.)

Courier partner issues (logistics delays, weather, strikes)

Incorrect shipping address provided by you

Natural calamities (floods, heavy rainfall, etc.)
What we will do:

We will assist you in tracking your order and coordinating with the courier partner.

We will keep you updated via email or SMS about any significant delays.
What we cannot control:

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.

No compensation or refund will be provided for delays unless the order is lost for more than 15 business days.
📝 6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via:

Email (with a tracking link)

SMS (on your registered mobile number)
You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting the "Track Order" page (link in footer).
If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@auraofluxury.co.in.
❗ 7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by you

Wrong phone number

Recipient not available at the time of delivery

Refusal to accept the package
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure:

You will be responsible for the return shipping charges (₹[X]).

A restocking fee of 15% will apply.

You may choose to:

Pay for re-shipping (₹[X]) to have the order sent again, OR
-
Receive store credit for the remaining balance (product value minus return shipping and restocking fee).

No cash refunds will be issued for failed deliveries.
🔄 8. Exchange Policy for Defective Watches (Shipping Related)
If you receive a defective watch (manufacturing defect, not damaged during shipping):

You must report the defect within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

We will arrange a free return pickup for the defective watch.

Once we receive and verify the defect, we will ship a replacement watch to you at no additional shipping cost.
Note: This applies only to defective products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or other reasons. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
📦 9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:

Do not accept the package if you see visible damage.

If you accept it, take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged product.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@auraofluxury.co.in with your order number and photos.

We will file a claim with the courier partner and arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
