We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
All sales are final. We strictly follow an exchange-only policy as outlined in this document. This applies to all products, regardless of the payment method used (Prepaid, COD, or Semi-COD).
🔄 2. When Can You Request an Exchange?
We provide an exchange (replacement) ONLY in the following two scenarios:

⏱️ 3. Time Limit for Exchange Request
You must contact us for an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery date means the date shown on the courier's delivery confirmation.

Requests received after 48 hours will be automatically rejected without exception.

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival.
📸 4. Proof Required for Exchange
To process your exchange request, you must provide the following:

Clear Unboxing Video: A continuous, uncut video starting from the sealed package to fully revealing the product.

Clear Photographs: At least 2-3 high-quality images clearly showing the damage or wrong product.

Order Number: Mention your order number in the email subject line.
Why we need this: These proofs help us file claims with our courier partners and prevent fraudulent exchange requests. Without proper proof, your request will be denied.
📦 5. Exchange Process (Step by Step)
Once your exchange request is approved, here's how it works:

| Step 5 | Ship the product back to us in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. |
| Step 6 | Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship the replacement to you within 4-7 business days. |
Important:

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side (wrong product sent).

If the product is found to be not defective upon inspection, the exchange will be denied, and you will need to arrange return shipping at your own cost to get the product back.
🚚 6. COD & Semi-COD Orders
Since we offer COD & Semi-COD (10% Advance) , please note:

COD Orders: Once dispatched, they cannot be cancelled. Please ensure you are ready to accept the order before placing it. Refusal of delivery will result in a 15% restocking fee and no refund of the shipping charges.

Semi-COD Orders: The 10% advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you refuse delivery or request an exchange that is not approved, the advance amount is forfeited.
⚠️ 7. Non-Eligible Cases (Read Carefully)
Exchange requests will be REJECTED in the following cases:

Do not send the product back without receiving prior approval. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Cancellation is only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may have entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
Q: What if my product stops working after a few days?
A: If the issue is not due to customer misuse, you may be covered under our 1-Year Warranty. Please contact us for warranty claims. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not physical damage.
Q: Will I get a refund if the exchange product is out of stock?
A: No. We do not offer cash refunds. You may receive store credit for the original purchase value, valid for 90 days.
Q: What if I refuse to accept a COD order?
A: You will be charged a 15% restocking fee, and no refund will be issued. The product will be returned to us, and you will not receive any cash back.
